Do I need an account to order?<\/em>
No \u2014 you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it quicker to reorder and track past purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What payment methods do you accept?<\/em>
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?<\/em>
Get in touch as soon as possible via our Contact page \u2014 we can usually amend or cancel an order before it’s dispatched, but not after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I find my size?<\/em>
See our Size Guide for measurements across shirts, suits, and trousers. Sizing can vary slightly between brands (Italian tailoring in particular often runs closer to the body than UK sizing) \u2014 if you’re between sizes, our in-store team is always happy to advise by phone or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer alterations?<\/em>
Yes, alterations are available in-store on eligible items. Ask our team when you visit, or get in touch before ordering if you’d like to check ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stock levels can differ between the shop and the website. Contact us and we’ll check availability for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
